General Tips:
-Wrinkles can be removed
from fabric with a cool
iron or steamer.
-Fabric can be machine
washed - use cold water,
delicate cycle.
-Do NOT bleach fabric
-Do NOT tumble dry. Fabric
must be air dried on the frame
to prevent shrinking.
Handling Tips:
1. If your exhibit fabric has a zipper, please keep zipper closed for storage.
2. Wrinkles can be removed with cool iron or fabric steamer.
3. Fabric should NOT be stored when damp or wet. Store in cool, dry area.
4. For storing graphics please remove from plastic packaging that was
provided and keep fabric in cool/dry place.
Washing:
1. Your fabric graphic can be machine washed. Remove any
hardware attached to the fabric prior to cleaning. Use MILD
soap and cool water. Air dry fabric, dry on frame if frame
is available.
2. Fabric must be COMPLETELY dry prior to storing.
3. DO NOT DRY CLEAN
Stain Treatment:
1. Treat stain from backside of fabric.
2. Remove as much of debris as possible with a soft bristle
brush (do NOT rub too hard)
3. Use a clean, lint-free white cloth. Lightly pat the stain from
the outside moving in (to keep stain from spreading)
4. If a cleaning solution is used, rinse the area well with water to
ensure NO solution is left on fabric.
5. Most stains can be treated with household fabric stain removers.
It is ALWAYS important to test how the solution will react to the
fabric. This can be tested by dabbing solution to a small corner of
the fabric. Most household cleaners will provide treatment
instructions depending on the type of stain.

If you would like to make sure your logo colors come out correctly, use this service. Because our printers print using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black combinations), the 4-color process will not always convert or adjust your PMS (Pantone Matching System®) color automatically or perfectly.
Quantity 1 of this selection will give you a PMS color match for one color. You may choose more if you’d like. (Excludes matching textures or gradients.)
After you select this option, pay and upload your file*, a color expert from our team of graphic designers will match the closest possible CMYK color value to your specific PMS color. Please be advised that a PMS color match will add a day to your in-house turnaround time.

*Prepare your files to help ensure a correct PMS color match. Please supply a LAYERED file. Acceptable file formats are: .PDF, .TIFF, .EPS, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop.
To see the CMYK color values of your PMS color, you can reference the Pantone Color Bridge Coated color book. Look for “CP”, meaning Process Coated. (e.g. 192CP).
NOTE: We can color match all media materials, except for Backlit Fabric and Acrylic Panels.

What is Pantone color matching for trade show displays?
Pantone color matching — also called PMS matching — is a process that ensures the colors in your printed trade show display exactly match a specific Pantone (PMS) color code from the universal Pantone Matching System. Instead of relying on standard CMYK printing, which can produce slightly different results depending on the material and machine, PMS matching calibrates the print output to your exact brand color. This is especially important for fabric displays, SEG graphics, and banner stands where color consistency is critical.
Why do I need Pantone color matching for my booth graphics?
Most trade show exhibitors print multiple items — a backwall, a counter wrap, a banner stand, and a table cover — often on different materials and machines. Without PMS color matching, the same color can appear slightly different across each piece, making your brand look inconsistent on the show floor. Pantone matching ensures every printed element in your booth matches your official brand colors, regardless of the substrate or print method used.
What is the difference between CMYK and Pantone color matching?
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is the standard four-color printing process used for most trade show graphics. It mixes four ink colors to approximate any color, but the result depends on the material, lighting, and printer calibration. Pantone (PMS) matching uses a standardized numbered color system developed by Pantone Inc. — each PMS number corresponds to a precise ink formula, making it the industry standard for brand color accuracy. If your brand guidelines specify Pantone colors, PMS matching is the only way to guarantee an accurate result in print.
How does All4Displays perform Pantone color matching?
When you add the Pantone Color Match service to your order, our print team prints a small test sample of your artwork and matches it to the physical Pantone color swatch. If the color needs adjustment, we calibrate the print output before running the full order. This process adds approximately 24 hours to standard production time but guarantees that your printed graphics match your specified PMS color codes. Please provide your PMS color numbers when placing the order.
What file formats do I need to provide for Pantone color matching?
For accurate PMS color matching, we recommend submitting print-ready files in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF format with Pantone colors specified as named swatches — for example, "PMS 286 C" rather than a CMYK or RGB conversion. If your artwork is in Photoshop (PSD), please ensure Pantone colors are specified in the file notes or design brief. See our Artwork Guidelines for full file preparation specifications.
Does Pantone color matching cost extra?
Yes. Pantone color matching is an add-on service with a per-color fee. It adds approximately 24 hours to production time. The service is available for all display types including backlit SEG graphics, tension fabric backwalls, banner stands, counter wraps, and table covers.
