Collection: Trade Show Counters and Podiums

Trade Show Counters and Podiums

Trade show counters are portable, branded workstations — typically 38 to 40 inches tall — used for check-in, product demos, literature, storage, and bar service inside an exhibit booth. We stock 656 counter and podium models, from $245 tension fabric pop up counters to $5,586 modular aluminum systems, with printed graphics included.

Whether you need a compact trade show podium for one presenter, a pop up trade show counter that packs into a single bag, or a full hospitality bar for a 10x20 booth, every unit here ships with custom graphics and is built to be set up without tools by one or two people.

What we carry

  • Pop up counters — tension fabric counters from $245. The graphic stays attached between shows, and the whole counter packs into one carry bag at 21 to 40 lbs.
  • Inflatable LED backlit counters — from $251. Flat-packed to fully lit in under 60 seconds using a 500W pump.
  • Backlit lightbox counters — rigid SEG frames with edge-lit LED panels, $671 to $1,847.
  • Case to counter displays — rotomolded shipping cases that wrap into a counter on site, $518 to $792. Lifetime warranty on hardware.
  • Modular counters — Vector Frame and Hybrid Pro aluminum systems, $1,015 to $5,586, reconfigurable across booth sizes.
  • Counter accessories — laminate countertops, internal shelves, tablet holders, and locking doors.

Sizes, weights, and setup

Standard counter height across our range is 38 to 40 inches, with a median of 39.4 inches. Footprints run from a 34" x 34" Ready Pop counter to a 120"-wide Formulate semi-circle bar. Portable trade show counters ship at 21 to 40 lbs; backlit lightbox counters at 28 to 120 lbs; large modular and bar counters at 100 to 510 lbs.

Shipping weight is worth checking before you order, because show drayage is usually billed by hundredweight — a 233 lb bar counter can cost several times more to get onto the floor than a 30 lb tension fabric counter.

Ninety-five of our counter models include internal shelving, enclosed storage, or a lockable door. Countertop load ratings are listed per product — the Hopup counter, for example, holds 50 lbs on the top and 10 lbs on the internal shelf.

Choosing an exhibition counter

If you exhibit often and ship yourself, stay under 40 lbs with a tension fabric or hop up counter. If you already ship a hard case, a case to counter conversion means paying to move one object instead of two. If the counter needs to glow, inflatable LED starts at $251 and rigid lightbox counters at $671. For a permanent modular exhibit, Vector Frame and Hybrid Pro components carry across booth configurations.
